What is Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy?
Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy is a healing art that blends yoga with contemporary body/mind psychology. During a session, we use mindful movement, breath, touch, and assisted yoga poses to help you connect with the innate wisdom of your body. I coach you in listening to yourself deeply, with honesty and compassion. You will walk away from each session with at least one specific action step, discovered and chosen by you, that will support you in creating meaningful, positive change in your life.
You don’t need to be fit, or have any experience with yoga—just come as you are. If you can breathe, you can do Phoenix Rising!
