About Your Instructor

Polina has a PhD from Harvard, plus over 1,000 hours of training in holistic wellness, including Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Reiki Energy Healing, and a wide variety of meditation styles. She has extensive knowledge and training in helping people reclaim their physical, emotional, and mental health. She especially enjoys witnessing moments of transformation, when her clients break through emotional struggles, achieve new levels of inner peace, and improve their resilience to stress… even when external circumstances encourage otherwise.
