Yoga For Your Needs
A Yoga practice tailored directly to your needs is a powerful instrument for enhancing your well-being and supporting personal growth. This package helps you meet a wide range of goals, including the following:
increase flexibility and ease of movement
strengthen any area of your body
become calmer & more relaxed
improve mental clarity & focus
We meet for an initial 60-minute consultation, where we discuss your goals and needs, take a look at your posture and movement, and try out some yoga poses. Based on our consultation, I develop a personalized yoga practice for you. Then we meet for a 60-minute follow-up yoga session, where I coach you to help you learn the poses and appropriate breathing techniques.
You will walk away with a greater understanding of your body, confidence in your ability to change, and a clear, helpful handout to guide your personalized yoga practice.
